      2015
  • We opened our second home in July 2015. This doubled our available beds for women entering our program.
  • Out of our eight available beds at the beginning of the year, we have six completers of the program this year.  Our numbers next year should increase with the added beds available.

      2016
  • We purchased  duplex and are in the process of a total rehab.  Hoping to open in March or 2017
  • We were able to purchase 15 passenger vehicles for the women's home.
  • We are able to house 16 women and would like to continue growth because of need in our community.  The need in our community is great and we have a constant waiting list.
  • We had 8 graduates of our program in 2016 out to the 16 beds that were available
      2017
  • We will be opening the first house owned by His Girls in March of this year.
  • We are looking to open a thrift store for added support to the ministry.
  • We are continually looking to open more houses due to the massive need in our community.
Needs Statement
  1. Cost to finish rehab of existing duplex  -  $30,000
  2. Start up for a thrift store for continued support of ministry - $15,000

  4. Volunteers, teachers, and donations needed.
Background Statement
His Helping Hands Ministries, Inc. was founded in 2013.  We opened our first women's recovery home immediately.  We are founded on the principle that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and that all circumstances can be overcome through Him.  His Girls' Discipleship is a 12 month Christian life change program for women in crisis.  Our women have a daily schedule of life-change classes to give them all the needed attributes of a successful member of society.  The girls give back to the community in many volunteer hours which include serving at the church and community outreaches. They come from all walks of life.  They are mothers, daughters, sisters, friends and neighbors.  They are rich and poor.  They are young and older.  They are college grads and those needing education.  The thing they all have in common is, they are broken.  We are here to, with Christ, build them back into the women they were created to be.  They are in need of love, encouragement and all of this without judgement.  Most of all, they need God!

Statement from the Board Chair/Board President
The growth of the ministry is exciting, yet heartbreaking when we have no room for someone wanting help.  Our biggest setback in reaching more women is funding more homes.  We know that God will continue to open doors and we will continue to step through.

Matthew 28:1919 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

We know it is all in His perfect timing.

Governance Comments by Organization Our ministry has been active for four years.  We are growing very quickly and are developing new opportunities.  With quick growth, we must be fully alert to any obstacles that arise.  We are determined to create an environment of continued growth and successes.  There are lives that depend on that.  The need in our community is great and we need to grow to help meet that need.

Financials Comments
Financial Comments by Organization We are a small ministry which is growing quickly.  The need in the community is tremendous; addiction in this area is at epidemic levels. We are willing and able to continue to open homes for women in need if the funding is available.  We are currently entering our fourth year and have already doubled in size and ability to help women in crisis.  We need Ministry Partners to continue our growth.  The only thing hindering our growth is finances.  Although we are growing, we are still unable to meet the need of all the women calling for help.  We pray for a day that the words like"we have no beds at this point, we can put you on a waiting list" does not have to come out of our mouths.  Women are crying out for help.  With Ministry Partners, we can be the change and you can be the one to help change lives!
