  • We need financial assistance in making our school a safer campus by adding more security cameras, fob system for entries, and new phone lines with immediate access to 911.
  • We continue seeking assistance in maintaining and supporting the new Zazarino Center for Athletics and Arts, which provides our students with expanded and much needed educational, physical and enrichment opportunities, as well as serve as a resource for the Sarasota and surrounding communities.
Background Statement
St. Martha Catholic School provides excellence in Catholic education for students in PK3 through 8th Grade.  In an effort to serve God and our community, students, staff and families of St. Martha Catholic School work together to maintain high academic standards, develop Christ-centered relationships, and provide stewardship to Sarasota and the surrounding communities.  St. Martha Catholic School students have consistently performed in the top 20% across the nation, year after year.  All teachers are certified in their subject areas with all early childhood classes having a full or part time aide. Our campus facility was designed with safety and technology integration as priorities.  We have recently completed the 26,000 square foot Zazarino Center featuring a gymnasium, performing arts area and stage, concession area, locker rooms, offices, four new classrooms, community room, and storage space.  We are fully equipped with an elevator and other provisions.  Our philosophy is based on the belief that home and school are partners responsible for creating an environment for the child that nurtures his/her spiritual, physical, psychological, social, and intellectual growth to his/her fullest potential.
