How can my organization create a profile in The Giving Partner?
501(c)(3) organizations located in and serving Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte or DeSoto County may request a profile in The Giving Partner. Access the simple instructions by clicking on the large green icon on the home page, "Create a Nonprofit Profile". Each organization will be required to attend an orientation session and will be assigned a specific time period to complete its profile. This is important so we can provide a high level of support and keep the process moving for other organizations.
How much time does it take to complete a profile?
Nonprofit profiles include required information about your programs, management, governance and finances, as well as many optional fields that help your organization tell its story. The time involved largely depends on your organization's ability to access your internal documents and connect with information that you may commonly have on hand for grant applications. We recommend carving out 3-4 hours to work on your profile without distractions.
