Nonprofits: Request a Profile in The Giving Partner

GUIDELINES

Organizations with profiles in
The Giving Partner are:

Public charities with IRS 501(c)(3) status
Located in and serving Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte or DeSoto County
File a 990, 990-EZ, or 990N (postcard)

All profiles must be complete and reviewed by the Community Foundation before viewable to the public.

Every nonprofit organization will have the opportunity to create a profile in The Giving Partner, subject to the guidelines (left).

We are initially accepting new nonprofit profiles in organized groups with specific deadlines. Funding partners are working together to provide input on this process to include a wide variety of nonprofit missions and budgets.

To request a profile in The Giving Partner, e-mail KCarroll@CFSarasota.org with the following information:

Complete name of your organization
Authorized organization representative
Agency phone number
Employer Identification Number
Address where grant checks are mailed

We will follow up with the date of the next Giving Partner orientation, along with a brief form which must be completed and returned.
