Each year, the Herald-Tribune Media Group, in partnership with the Community Foundation of Sarasota County and local media, launch a campaign to help our community's most vulnerable citizens--individuals and families on the verge of homelssness. Last year we raised over $1.58 million with the help of a generous dollar-for-dollar match from The Patterson Foundation.
